🧠 Scientific Abstract Submissions Invited

We welcome abstracts for oral /paper and poster presentations under the following categories:

  • Paediatricians and Pediatric Postgraduate Students

  • Allied Health Professionals (Therapists, Psychologists, Special Educators, Rehabilitation Specialists, Nurses, etc.)

Only original, unpublished work will be accepted. Case reports will be considered for poster presentation only.

📌 General Guidelines for Abstract Submission

  • 🗣️ Language: English only

  • ⏰ Deadline: July 15, 2025, by 11:59 PM (IST)

  • 📝 Word Limit: Maximum 250 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations)

  • 🔤 Font: Times New Roman, Size 12

  • 🚫 Do Not Include: Tables, graphs, or images in the abstract

  • No other submission formats (hard copy, fax, etc.) will be accepted

🔎 Selection & Review Process

  • All abstracts will be evaluated by an Expert Committee.

  • The Committee reserves the right to assign the mode of presentation (oral paper/poster) based on scientific merit.

  • Accepted abstracts will receive notification via email to the presenting author only.

🎤 Important Notes

  • The presenting author must be registered for the conference.

  • The presenting author must obtain consent from all co-authors prior to submission.

  • The presenting author must be available in-person at NCDP 2025 to deliver the presentation.

  • Detailed guidelines for oral paper/poster presentations will be shared post-selection.

Please include the following details in the exact order:

  1. Full Name of Presenting Author

  2. Registration Number (IAP/RCI):

  3. Department & Institution (with full address)

  4. Designation

  5. Email ID

  6. Mobile Number & Other Contact Numbers

  7. Title of the Paper

  8. Author List (Full names of all authors in the order of contribution)

  9. Category: Oral Paper / Poster (Please choose one)

  10. Section: Pediatrician or PG / Allied Health Professional (Please select one)

  11. Abstract Word Count (excluding title, author list, and affiliations)

📃 Page 2: Main Abstract

  • Topic: The abstract must be based on or related to Developmental Pediatrics.

  • Word Limit: Max 250 words

  • Formatting:

    • Font: Times New Roman, Size 12

    • Line Spacing: Single

    • Format: Microsoft Word Document (.doc/.docx)

    • Do not include tables, graphs, or images

🧩 Abstract Structure (For Research Papers):

(a) Introduction
Brief background explaining the context of the study.

(b) Aims & Objectives
Clearly state what the study intends to achieve.

(c) Materials & Methods
Include the study design, sample, methods of data collection, and any statistical analysis used.

(d) Results
Key findings summarized with relevant data (no tables or charts).

(e) Conclusions
Main inferences drawn from the results and their relevance.

You may submit case reports as Posters only and follow a simplified format:

  • Introduction

  • Case Description

  • Discussion

  • Conclusion
